This sounds like 14 months salary. If there is no performance bonus, would the staff put effort for the company...
Good bonus, average bonus or no bonus ok-lah, as long as company give some kind a incentive or recognition! My company gives a few different kinds of rewards and nice place with cool team, so I happy lah... And if possible, please share with us the company name that offer you 0 to 3 months bonus. Thanks.
