Sorry, but I don't think this type of sharing is necessary nor it reflects the true picture.
For instance, different department within the same organisation would have different scale of bonus, not to mention different ranks of employee with different scale too.
Bonus also most of the time depends on how well the profit of the organisation. And the split between department is on how efficient the department is in helping the organisation achieve that profit.
So, sad to say that usually the front end departments would receive better bonuses as compared to the back end offices.
