Bonuses arent evenly distributed across the company, is it ?
As in.. lets say ... a Bank...
at Maybank,
an employee in consumer banking doesnt get the same sort of bonuses as an employee in Commercial banking or Treasury, do they?

I am curious... does any one know the sort of bonuses a fresh investment banker ( say financial analyst or something) gets?
