I was given 1 month bonus by this company but pay by "installment" from this year jan - dec .. ( bonus / 12 ) each month add into salary. can i complain?

no bonus this year coz just join new company. if every year joins new company, when will get bonus???

it's near end of the year, more bonus info is needed!

especially those in bankings (CIMB, PBB,etc), healthcare (Sunway Medical, Subang Medical, Pantai, etc.), oil&gas, and others!

Level 1 - no bonus
Level 2 - 0.5 month
Level 3 - 2 months
Level 4 - 3.++ month
Level 5 - 5 months
for executives

Non-execs get 2 months

Sorry if the figure is not exact, this happened in March 2008....but majority get 2 months

for HP Perm also got 1 month bonus ....

Bonuses arent evenly distributed across the company, is it ?
As in.. lets say ... a Bank...

an employee in consumer banking doesnt get the same sort of bonuses as an employee in Commercial banking or Treasury, do they?

I am curious... does any one know the sort of bonuses a fresh investment banker ( say financial analyst or something) gets?

I'm working in a Japanese MNC. 2 months bonus every year. But some of my colleagues from different department told me they have only 1 month bonus every year. How come?

2 ex-schollmates now working in IRIS (developer), 1 of them got 0.5, and 1 got 0.4! Haha.
