need help with my BlackBook, casing and bluetooth icon.

my macbook screen , when it is opening will create some annoying screeching noise. is that under warranty ? can i try to claim?
another this is from the screen shot below , u can see that my bluetooth icon on the menu bar has been shifted to the edge . why ? something wrong ? how to shift it back ? Attached thumbnail(s)

if i not mistaken the bluetooth icon shift to the edge because of the 10.4.11 upgrade

By pressing the command key and drag the bluetooth icon. you can drag those things around on the menubar. It didnt change after they upgrade leopard. i hope they still stay the same in 10.4.11.

The command + drag works for all icons on your menu bar except for the for spotlight icon.
As for your screeching sound, just take it in and get it fixed.  |

and also those that has drop-down menu application. because the moment you click them. the drop down, just drop a menu down. it's annoying though.
