HI guys, i just won an ipod shuffle yesterday and now i'm sort of having some troubles with it ..

first question,
when you charge your ipod for the first time, is the light supposed to be blinking in orange or just static orange?

2nd question,

why is my ipod not recognized by both my comp and itunes?
