yeah the 24 hours where i was expecting a reply from them was many many days ago tongue.gif

you said

meaning ALL IT dont keep the warranty card anymore? when did this happen? i got my speakers like sometime last week

well thats what they said to me early of the year right on the phone with the logitech customer support . whether they really do it or not i am not sure coz i stopped going there after my speaker incident.

Still no one knows 100% for sure on this fuse thing either. This is getting rather annoying sad.gif

What a headache. I got mine blown after using for nearly 2 weeks. Seems like the fuse easily blown. I was astonished when i switch on from the wall plug and no red lights on the control panel. Gosh! Luckily i bought 2A and 3A fuse for just in case only.
