The plot was actually very interesting. This is among the movies that will keep me thinking even after watching it. I'll always wonder what would I do if I were in Will Smith's shoes.

Anyways, the story was a bit slow and dragging, but the action and surprises were superb. Its really ironic to have a story like this to end in less than 2 hours. It has so much potential, and I feel that the female survivor and her son didnt have enough exposure in the story to evolve. As well as the Darkseeker leader, he plays a really scary role, I really wish the story would have something more of what he fits in the whole story.

Plus, the cure! Darn, so surprised the movie could actually hid the nipples! Anyways, i was abit confusing when will said that the cure was in the cured zombie blood instead of his. I suppose the cure was an evolved mix of will's blood and the zombie.

I really wished the story would be alot longer to allow a better storyline. Or perhaps it is possible to make a sequel?

The book usually is better than the movie. Even reading LOTR beats 10x better than the movie (I loved the movie still!).

Yea, I think you shouldn't have any expectation from the movie, then you'll surely have a good impression about it. Usually, our expectation from this sort of movie, looking at its trailer first would be something of a fast paced action, bombs and lasers and some superpower magnificent granted to the hero.

If I was a 17 year old boy, I might think this movie suxx, but thanks to maturity and some bit of wisdom, I can learn to see and understand what the director want to show in the movie. Its quite interesting to be frank. Well, I must admit its not the strongest title movie for this Christmas, but I'm glad I watched it. I might consider watching it again, but only with someone who is into this kind of movies....the revealing kinds. tongue.gif

If I were as old as you, I'd know it's If I were not if I was. What has age got to do with anything. Being old doesn't mean you appreciate films more.

Yea, its good...but its hard for me to think of a really good reason to watch it again several times. None are too memorable....but overall its all a good movie.

P/S: The dog didn't really die. Neville the one who actually killed it. wink.gif

i think that's one of the mutation caused by the virus once people got infected...muscle tissues expanded and they became stronger (and can jump higher)...other than sensitivity to uv ray, extreme aggression, lost of human senses, hunger for fresh blood/meat, etc...

There are drawbacks as well. The mutation also causes female human to lose their nipples. happy.gif

For the sequel, he'll be the last living darkseeker, looking to hunt down all living humans. biggrin.gif
