I bought a phone(Nk 6233) on 1/9/2007 from a forumer, lets say Mr.A. My dad used the phone for about 2weeks then the screen turned white. So i sent it back to Mr.A to claim warranty. Mr.A was very kind to help me claim and in 2weeks, the phone was fixed and sent back to me. But the phone again gave my dad same prob after 3days usage. Again, i sent it back to Mr.A, and he tried his best but phone still got problem. Apparently, the Ap co cant change 1 to 1 phone bcoz they dont have the stock anymore. They offer to refund rm400 but i bought it for rm550 and now losing rm150 with less than a month of actual usage???
This thread is not to flame Mr.A as i feel that Mr.A has done his part on claiming the warranty on my behalf as a seller.He is consider responsible. I just wana find out if there are any alternatives or ways i can handle this without losing so much?Thanks...
