Right now I'd like to know what are the difference between version ?
3.0 , 3.1 , 3.2 and others ?

What is the price of ST56F ?

I am worry with the buzzing noise too.Hoping to get a quiet/silent PSU.

If ver 3.1 having a buzzing noise , I think I'll pass.Hoping to get a quiet psu but still not able to find it.

The luck that cost RM300 is quite a lot and hard for me.If it really having the buzzing noise , does RMA able to help ?

Why do you really need ST56F ? You really need that much of watts on your pc ?
A normal ST50F is more than enough

By the time when your pc really fully utilized the 560Watts the price for ST56F will be more cheaper than now.
