just a week ago? it should be v3.0, why not u call back the shop u bought from and ask them, i think they sell you the old stock if not mistaken.

there are cables sleeves, but not all, partly have sleeves. for me it's good enough.

i don't have the problem also.

fan controller? u mean can adjust the fan speed manually?

RM320? already drop price already for this PSU?

but weird, my one don have any buzz sound like you mention.
