Experience before joining : 2 years of working experience in publishing and editing
salary : RM 2k+

Anyone from pr and communication line have any idea of what is the salary range for pr exec? I feel underpaid but people say that education industry do not pay much. Is that true?

Which would you choose :
Remain in current company with low salary (standard benefits), got bonus and a high epf rate but during peak season have to work every single weekend for a mth or two
or take an offer with a better salary but standard epf rate and benefits? (bonus not sure whether got or not)
Kindly give your opinions...

At the moment, my job scope is kinda wide. Since many staff has left, now it's all thrown to the remaining ones..my boss like to pick up things that other department can't do and throw it to us. the offer that i received has a more specific work scope.
in term of job prospect, i think it is almost similar for the kind of job that i do - i am in pr line
