The reason I'm starting this thread is to do a salary range survey and job info sharing of network engineers in the market today. Perhaps some kind souls would be willing to share their experience and what type of certifications are helpful in order to achieve high salaries.

An example will be as below:

Job Title : Network Engineer
Job Desciption : Maintain local network infrastructure & projects
Qualification: CCNA/CCNP/CCSP/CCVP/CCIE
Total years of working experience : 3
Company : ABC Sdn Bhd
Tenure : Permanent/Contract
salary : 4k

That's just an example...Anyway, I'll just share mine.
Just wondering if i am underpaid..

Job Title : Network Engineer
Job Desciption : Maintain local network infrastructure & projects in overseas
Qualification: CCNA + CCNP in progress (2 more papers to clear)
Total years of working experience : 2.5 years
Company : Undisclosed due to political issues in my company (PM me if u wanna know)
Tenure : Permanent
salary : 4k (Basic) + 300 (Misc allowances) + Overseas travelling allowance
