This salary is after the year end adjustment and pro-rated as well since i didn't serve a full year in 2007 (only worked about 3/4 of the year).
OT claims would depend on your luck, if assigned to a project where the clients are freaking rich then OT can be claimed, cheapskate clients otherwise. If you like sitting in office with nice air cond and work with a PC all day long, this can be a dream job as life isn't as hectic since it's an European MNC.

I came from a mechanical eng. background. About exactly 1 yr ago, the company put on an ad on the Saturday recruitment papers and I applied from there. Openings wise, hard for me to say coz im just a small fry
I think about a month ago my comp. was hiring as well. Full page ad on Saturday paper.

Ok I do THINK there will be openings, maybe after the CNY holidays and normally we'll see more ads in the papers. Just not sure which departments are hiring only.
