Pros: Benefit is good, flexible working hours, Friendly boss and coll, can yamcha anytime provided u need replace hours, relaxing environment, ideal place for ppl who seek for stable life (seldom OT and claimable), coffee is good

Cons: Career growth slow(unless ppl above u keep cabut), supporting work (Debugging) ll make u bored, no ppl network 2 build, seldom involving in new development work (R&D team take the fun part,while u do the tedious part)


Hmmm...good or not...i duno. I would say it is a nice place if u looking for a stable life, but definitely not for aggresive ppl who may try own business in future as you don't have much chance to meet people around and trave around.
