a factory in Pasir Gudang once called me like 2 months back n offered 2.6k for Industrial Engineer position (fresh)
so salary wise i think it's a bit low
but there's a bit of allowance there that should be considered
depending on individuals, could be considered GOLD, but not for me

Can anybody hint about the current wage rate can I expect from MNC if I'm a Master of Computer Science (major networking in UKM) + CCNP + 1 year experience?

unsure if MNC will pay more for master holder as some positions require diploma only ...

range can varies from 1600 to 2800...normally before confirmation is 1 month (some allow 24hrs)..after confirmation can be 1 month -3 months

If MNC is the company that you're aiming to work with, you will need to work on your interpersonal and analytical skills. They will drill you on management skills even though your job scope is bound only to engineering. MNC company expect mature candidates.

For your qualification, you have a good CV but due to lack of experience have to work from the ground if you want to join MNC... White-man expect you to know the company processes and methods you're dealing with them. You can have good post if you super excel in your interview.

I heard some banks offer RM2800. I got one offer of RM 2000, am I underpaid?

Wage : 5-6K. Net Profit RM120k for 2 months with a total of RM30k capital.


Telco Maintenance is a serious business have to admit it. But damn tiring have to standby 24hours.

Thats a very good paid contract, even most manager level with years of experience wont get 5-6k salary.

Wah 2 months work already net profit 120K. Then average = 60K per month. Per annum = 60K x 12 = 720K.

Even big CEO cannot fight with your salary.
