Anywhere it is good for the management focus on repairing. The building is look like "Sick" face, is the time to c doctor.

I think repaint the building is the major challenge task for the management, is possibility need 4-5m to complete 13 blocks.

Where to find this million $$$.... maybe wait for the sky drop the money...
