I have yet to make a visit there... Could anyone enlighten me..the majority of the residents are owners or tenants. My intuition tells me its tenant
...What about the races over there... Thanks |

There are lots of unit there selling below market rate.. Was thinking of getting a unit for rental and own stay, which means am renting the rooms out...
