am actually interested to purchase a unit for investment...
1. what's the going rate now for the different sizes? would you say 150k for 700+, 280k for 1200+, 330k for 1400+ is correct? 2. what has the appreciation over the past 5 years been like? 3. i understand that it is freehold? 4. any other comments? |
