Just wondering about the strata title issue with this condo. Settled? If someone buy a unit and it's not settled... how ar? Sorry ya all taiko, i not so familiar with strata title...

So cham kah..... If no title, then how to prove the unit belongs to you?? Become phantom owner.....~~~
