I thought the condo has a lot of car parks to be rented? And so many choose to park along the roadside just to save the parking rent? I remember they only charge like RM60 a month?
And how come the road ada lembu one? |

The one advertised on iprop is sold according to the agent. No strata title, developer brankrupt, under liquidator, condo > 15 years, still got demand wor.
And I'm still looking for 1+1 775sq ft for own stay |

Bukit oug bosses I also have another question as well. What is the current asking rent there for 1222sf? I saw from iprop asking 1.35k and 1.6k respectively. What is the real rental price?
I asked some agents said still have Rm800 units available but should be quite bad condition I guess. |
