How much do u guys think 1465sqft unit facing KESAS can get? I have a unit currently tenanted, renovated & fully furnished in block 10. Thinking to let it go. How much the mkt price now?

Just need some clarification, anybody can confirm on the LRT station nearby the Bkt.OUG Condo? Last week I went there saw 2 station been build nearby the building. One is near the new exit to Bukit Jalil nearby the private club hall & another one is near the PPR flat there. So is it true 2 station within walking distance to Bkt. OUG?
