Apparently, it is the managemeny style. No segregation of duty.

These ppl who own so much $, may end up deteriorating the sub sale value, and finally their investment are gone too. By that time, u will see them behave like cow parents.

I think 222222222222 was quite right.

the focus for the JMB should be on the default list, perhaps they should start blocking them, if possible.

Yes. Depends in the valuer also. There was a case, purchase price 208k, bv 210k.
