How long did he spend to paint the whole unit ?

Single Layer or Double Layer of Paint ?

Added on December 26, 2012, 8:59 am
Sam,

IMHO, i think the tiles do not cost more. Why ? for the masterbed room, it only requires about 200pcs 1"x1" tiles to replace the whole unit from parquets.

Skirting, will be another 100Pcs. I have estimated more to avoid any unnecessary circumstances.

In this case, if we can save Rm 5 per tile, the saving is about RM 150/= on tiles and you need to carry it yourself... hehe.

Just my opinion.

I dun know how many days he used cuz he oni paint at night, n i cant remember starting when he start to paint.

By the way, I have one problem now. After taking over the unit for about 1 month+, the JMB has yet to update my details into their system and also bank is chasing me for the fire insurance certificate.

I was told that someone has resigned and the work is pending.....

Anyone experiences this ?
*
This is funny, when i took over my unit, the management said the liquidator oredi updated our info with them, so i just provide her a copy of our SPA den gao dim. As for fire insurance, u can get the management to help u on this, let management ppl deal with bank ppl, this is much convenient.

Coz someone said one staff resigned and cannot modify the existing record in case change of ownership. My unit's statement still showing previous owner's name.... grrr. Complained to Letchumi already and she said will rectify soon. Wondering.....
*
Funny ler, my case she said liquidator oredi updated my info to them, so i oni brought a copy of DOA to them den gao dim liao wor.....u better double check with her n oso ask her as a new owner whether u still need to verify ur document or not for the strata title. Last time i was told new owner no need, but u better double check.

I'm about to repair those pop up tiles in my unit. I checked with the repair shop at CL floor & they quoted me MYR15 per tile & the repair involves estimate of 30 pieces (On the safe side, I actually think it could come up to 40 pieces due to the hacking & etc). I'm thinking to get a second opinion. Anyone here knows a good contractor that does tiling?
*
Hi, the price they quote is inclusive of workmanship?
