If you really want to buy, just call one of the agent of iproperty, and tell them u intend to buy, they will guide u how to do. Normally, u no need to pay any fee to the agent, the auction bank will pay it.

Pls check carefully on the maintenance fee, is it bear for the bank or u.....if u, better check it from management....since it is 15 years old block, the maintenance will be "gao-gao".....

Auction can go to see la nonid to bid wan, sure the price will go very very high. Early last year i went before that time starting price was 125k. Only 3ppl in de house and the price shoot up to 168k. TODAY, after so many good news yet the auctioneer still lower down the price. WAIT N SEE LOR

I saw the "Serbaguna dewan" working 7 days a week very rush to complete.....i hv feeling that maybe LRT share the car park with Dewan.

I think the serbaguna dewan will complete by this year.

The title is still in master, but u can sell & buy wt consent from liquidator.

The JMB already start look into strata title issue.

The market price around 190k - 220k, u can nego wt him/her.
