Mainteance fee - 775sf - $101/month 791sf - $103/month 1222sf unit - $159/month 1442sf unit - $188/month When property price increase /on sale --bigger unit will profit more... But i wonder why when JMB decide on buiding painingt fees - smaller unit need to pay the same as bigger unit ?? ($500 flat flat) i think JMB needs to revise this.
