Since, u r 1st home buyer, please think twice b4 buy the property. laugh.gif

The market always like that when the property cheap (sure something behind) sure need to face the risk. If u r the risk taker, just go 4 it, otherwise just forget about the OUG condo search 4 other best one.

There is seldom chance for u to find other property which is below 170k with 1200++ in KL area.

Yes, there is a new Project called "Kiara Residence" beside Bukit OUG Condo, initially I think is Z residence...but look like no. Maybe the Z. residence will built behind the Kiara Residence.

Total unit is 360 units (1038 ~ 1454 sq ft), price from 367,400 to 519,000 (+-350psf).

But, the land is leasehold.

Please hv a look on the whole proposed.

If u can get below 165k (1222sf) nowadays, better grab it....this is a good chance for you to invest?

Of course, u needed to check whether the maintenance fee clear off or not? Some people never pay the maintenance since the first day.

Another issue is whether u want to pay 2% to liquidator or not, because the liquidator will ask to pay 2% off before they are issuing letter of consent to you.
