Anybody knows how many units verified so far out of the total about 17xx units there?

My friend one is semi-furnish...got i unit air-cod ( big bedroom), water heater....TV (dun know got remove or not)....no sofa.....kitchen cabinet (bottom...no top).

Few month back he's still rent out with RM650k....after the tenant left...new tenant come in...he's rent at RM850....bulat-bulat untung.....he's one cash purchase...at 76k 5 year back....

I am being offered some bad house no (eg 14A, 4A etc) with what I think are priced reasonably. Do you guys think it's worth buying bad house no for investment purposes ?

My question is 13A and 3A should be how many percent cheaper than other units lar ? 

One thing just happen at the condo...the driveway from block 12 to 13...that speed hump has been modified. And its done very bad, if the management wants to do it, do it properly. Don`t simply add Tar on it. That hump is so sharp and its supposed to be round.
