btw, next meeting try to mention about the repainting of the carpark. Its more critical now.

I am wondering has somebody from this thread may consider OUG Townhouse which is jsut opposite the OUG Condo with a nicer environment and coming with facilities like a condo and also have 2 car parks each unit. I am staying there and I like the place very much.

last time when i passed by, saw some ppl (girls wearing skirt also) climb over the fence in order to get their car that park outside. so funny.. nowadays stil got ppl doing this?

KUALA LUMPUR: The Ministry of Education has approved the relocation of Lai Meng School and Kindergarten from Jalan Ampang to Bukit Jalil, Magna Prima Bhd announced on Bursa Malaysia on Thursday, July 1.

In an announcement on March 23, 2009, the Group entered into a conditional sales and purchase agreement via its wholly owned subsidiary Twinicon Sdn Bhd with Lai Meng Girls’ School Association to acquire the 2.6-acre land parcel, including the buildings, for RM148.2 million.

In acquiring the land, the Group had to build a new school in Bukit Jalil on a 5.5-acre land parcel for the school and kindergarten to relocate to.

Once the acquisition is completed, Magna Prima aims to demolish the existing structures to make way for further development and capitalise on the prime location of the land, which is a short distance from the Kuala Lumpur Twin Towers and various commercial amenities.

You can look for one of the SA from iproperty. I oso interested on it, now bargain with the seller, possibility will deal at RM200k ~ RM210k for unit 14++ sf. Below is the link, good luck.

I was heard that this condo has many problem before,
like public transportation is not convenient, termite problem, strate title no released yet?

Soo many project coming in near by this area, one jalil , the z, km1, 308, parklane oug, tiara mutiara, exsim(the tree developer) hv another condominiums@bukit oug/bukit jalil. :clap:
but i still like bukit oug condo, today i just book 1 unit 1222sqf from agent.
rental return vs price this condo very high! :D

How much the price for you 1222? I just settle 1 unit with price transaction RM205 - 1465sq ft.

Now, i ask my agent help me to rent out price will within RM 1300 to RM 1500. (to cover my installment)...HAHA!
