when first bought, the place have few expat, koreans and jap!
now, the place have become a little rojak whereas the rented tenant will do as they pleased, especially the arabs.
example, instead of throwing rubbish at designate place in each unit, they will place it either near the lift door, or leave it near the rubbish entrance.
twice i had to put back their rubbish at their front door quietly. it is to teach them a little manner, and to think of others.
once i saw one tenant throw a plastic pack of rubbish thru their kitchen balcony. it is truly amazing to know that we have such ppl living here.
hopefully in future, "bukit oug" could attract and bring back the expats again!
I totally agree. The owners and agents should be a bit more selective with the tenants. I do not mean to discriminate but poor quality tenants not only tarnish the image of the condo but also damage the overall condition of the condo's appearance. now, the place have become a little rojak whereas the rented tenant will do as they pleased, especially the arabs.

Secondly, I also notice that there are more and more 'advertisements' being pasted on the wall here and there in CL. I suggest the cleaners be assigned to take the 'ads' down as soon as they come across any, before the situation gets out of control like those public places with illegal stickers everywhere. Such an eye sore.
