Nowadays u must set the target high a bit....possible to 140 ~ 150k...maybe u can get it.... tongue.gif

Anywhere, pls read carefully on POS, is the bank bear all the previous maintenance costs or not? i sure that there is a big sum outstanding not be paying, otherwise bank would set too low of reserve price.

Last thing, u needed go to the unit to check whether the unit still occupy by owner. If yes, there is a big headache to "halau" them when u successful to get the unit....

Anywhere, if u successful get at below 140k......it is a good deal, possible u r the first person direct get the strata title from liquidator.... tongue.gif

There is 4 new development surrounding of B.OUG Condo.

Seedz, ZR, Rainz, Kiara 1&2......all will completed somewhere April ~ December 2014.

The picture one according to bro Keith....it is Rainz residence.

Initially plan the LRT is along with kesas highway and then route to "OUG Parklane" and then go to bandar kinrara, but due to give way to new development (I think lah) so their change the route in between Bukit OUG Condo & townhouse.

Today....jalan2 see the "Ho Chin Ming" map, found that ZR developer buy the land on Dec 2009 with RM 80psf and now sell at 320psf.....wow...4x lor...

Oug Parklane buy at RM48.50 psf, now sell at 250psf.......wow 5x lor......

Developer really suck money.....
