Greenpark / OG height actually not bad.....but all start selling around 200psf and above.......if u wan the cheaper property is this area....i think bukit oug condo is the oni one.....still get it on 160 ~ 180psf.

Dun think lah brother.....if u c the good unit...jz grab it....

It will make the traffic crawls like no body's business & it will be built on the slope which may endanger residents in Bukit OUG eg. landslide & such incident would also harms value of the condo. I will signrm the protest form, if provided.

Strata Title application guidelines is out kindly collect it at the management office.

And there will be a small peaceful protest on the neighbouring projects this Saturday 10am, some influential ppl will be there as well. Be early
