Your workout routine looks damn nice wei. Workout then rest a day or two then workout again.

Bro, I'm finding it hard to do even 1 pullup...

Does it mean my back is still weak? but I could go about 75% to the top now....

Bro, sometimes after leg extension....when I try to do leg curls, I'll cramp up...Any ideas?

Not hydrated or something?

metal bro, ~!

I never tried doing both on the same day too. I either do leg extension or curl. Never both of them together ~!

Squat itself it already pretty taxing, so either u lower the weights when u wanna do both, or u just perform 1 at a time ~!

Cheers !

Ah Ic ic,

I just finished a running event yesterday. Won't be hitting legs so soon.

In that case, I think I'll just do squats, legs extension and probably and calf raises. Thanks for the idea. smile.gif

Noel,

I'm reading abit on BCAA,...sometimes I'm confused..some says its not really necessary because we can get it from natural sources.

For example - snippet from an article I read.
"Who is likely to be deficient of branched-chain amino acids?

Only a person deficient in protein would become deficient in BCAAs, because most foods that are sources of protein supply BCAAs. Few people in Western societies are protein deficient."

As you have been using it for quite awhile, any effect of before consuming and after? Speeds up Recovery ?
