I'd say work a little more on shoulders and forearms as they seem to be lagging compared to the rest of your body. And, any leg shots?

Hey, N0el, a little question on the negative bench presses you do.
Did they actually help improve your strength, or were they just for giving your workout a mix up? |

Hmm, I'm interested to know how BCAA's working for you as compared to whey. (IIRC you used to take whey, right?) And do you experience any bloating or anything from the creatine?

I've been thinking of starting with creating as well. Once I finish my current tub of whey, I might get myself started on BCAA's and creatine. I'll see how it goes. The only thing I'm worried about is the potential bloating from creatine.

True. I'll see how things go after finishing my whey then.
