wow your pullup is nice. I'm also training my pullup. I cannot do too wide bodyweight pullup. Just slighly wide pullup of 6reps 2sets. Any advice to train my pullup so I can do more ?

Does Vasocharge really help? Isn't it in the same category as Vassive NO?

I tried a sample pack of Vassive NO and don't feel there's any difference at all in terms of effects on my workout. Just wondering....

Erm.. Dont think i have any pointer for u. I did it the hard way myself. Took me awhile to get to this point. Gradually add weights when I feel like i'm ready for it.

But my pullups got better when I started Squating and deadlift. smile.gif

yeeck,

It helps me alot when it comes to training. It promotes and increases my focus, increase water retention during workout and I'm able to carry extra 10-15 lbs easily. Though I can still perform my current poundages without it, but I'm seriously struggling when I reaches the last 2 sets without vasocharge.

Most importantly, I miss the caffeine in it that helps me with my focus~!
