Erm.. Dont think i have any pointer for u. I did it the hard way myself. Took me awhile to get to this point. Gradually add weights when I feel like i'm ready for it.
But my pullups got better when I started Squating and deadlift.

It helps me alot when it comes to training. It promotes and increases my focus, increase water retention during workout and I'm able to carry extra 10-15 lbs easily. Though I can still perform my current poundages without it, but I'm seriously struggling when I reaches the last 2 sets without vasocharge.
Most importantly, I miss the caffeine in it that helps me with my focus~!
