bro in the video at the 1st page before install the pbte it stated at rpm 5.4 change gear already. n after installation the gear changed at 5.8rpm. what is the different or effect if the gear change early or later?

since it responded to ECU, can it being installed in a car which have no ECU? (carburetor)
