Yes, it can use for more then 2 yrs. I am still using the older unit also. Or u can trade in for RM50 , top up RM130 (PB + 5 point ground) get the new version.

As promised, here is the review/feedback after installing on my 10ish years old proton saga (or more accurately, iswara aeroback) yesterday:

Really good service, came on time despite the heavy rain and bad traffic jams. And also helped me to install the thing under light rain at night after some wait for the rain to go away at the restaurant. even treated me a drink while waiting
Workmanship wise is really good especially on the cabling part, and pretty quick too considering the rain/lack of lighting at night. And took the time to explain to me how everything works as im pretty much clueless on this lol

Now to the main part - the difference after installation:

- Quicker/smoother Engine Start
Very noticeble difference, cranking the engine up feels so much smoother than before. while the speed to start up isnt much of a difference (though definitely faster and less crank-up time) it is definitely faster for sure.

- Improve air cond cooling
Very Noticeble difference especially on a cold start, you actually feel air con on the lowest setting commpared to me always have it on 2nd level (4 levels of fan speed in total) all the time during startup as first level almost have no air con feel at all.

- Improve Fuel Consumption/mileage
Not much difference. However, i think this would come from less stress from the alternator/needing less power for air con as it is much better (and thus dont have to turn air con up high)

- Improve Engine Responsiveness /pickup
No noticeble difference at all

- Improve engine Idling
Noticeble difference especially when you have your geared into gear 1 and idle on that, less shaking/noise and the RPM is a lot more constant on the 900-1k mark. Neutral gear on the other hand almost no difference

- Improve gear change effectiveness
No noticeble difference at all

- Improve acceleration
No noticeble difference at all

- Improve Battery Lifespan
No way to tell this unless i use this product for 2 same batteries and 1 without

- Increase Headlight/lighting in dashboard Brightness
Very Noticeble difference especially on a cold start. Before then my lights are almost non existant especially after the installation of my new ICE audio system. This time its actually bright

- Improve Audio Quality
No noticeble difference at all (I am running on a decent SQ based audio system after all lol, and the HU even included 4x 50W amps)

Conclusion: while i personally think this isnt as god mode as the claims has been made to it (or maybe i just havent get to notice/feel the difference of the other areas like better mileage), however for the money you spend, and having straight out noticeble improvements to various aspects of the car, i would say its worth it. Furthermore i am goin on a trip to Singapore soon with this car, so less chances to have problems arise is most welcomed, and i believe this would most definitely help on achieving that

how mch difference comepare to the previous(RM100) one ?

there is significant improvement felt from the previous version. All those who bought previous version can feels the different after installing the second version.

Yes, but without the grounding cable becoz most of the model,the battery is behind the seats.

Its useable as long as the LED is running. You can buy the quadcore and iridium plugs. No problem. Had few customer running on these setup also. its compatible.
