Read reviews, performance almost on par with 8800GT 512mb except for on extremely high res... tongue.gif

I'd say, please reconsider and even if you quit, i don't think i'm the person to take over from you. Sorry but i really dun think i have what it takes to lead these guys here.

I would suggest we elect a moderator, someone to maintain the POC thread and to start a new thread everytime we hit 2500 Post.
I'd say Jaryl should be the right person to keep on the moderating task if KC really decides to leave. Other than that, i do not see the needs to have a leader for POC yet, except if we're planning to make things much bigger.

If you guys still prefer to have a leader, just count me out. Don't ask me why, but Jaryl should understand hows things going on on my side.

Just tried out a new toy.
Athlon64 LE-1600.
It's an F3, and it booted 265x11 on stock voltage and the temp at this speed was a mere 33 degrees on idle using stock cooler. I could not find any options to increase the proc voltage, but i suspect that it's limited by the HTT of the mobo. I'm just trying it on an NF-M2s...sad.gif
Will be going Lowyat tomorrow, hopefully i can find one nice mobo for my F3...

Pretty cheap, if not mistaken around RM150. My dad bought it, it's for a BT download rig, i saja play with it cz i see it's an F3... brows.gif

Which among the 3 to get...The MSI seems to be the clear choice, but i hate MSi...How har?

Cooler also pening...Tot can get a GeminII one, mana tau that fella turn out to be brandonlooi(a conman), so not taking the risk to deal with him...Lucky i haven't bank in.

KC, those stuff i told u the other nite, how much?

I have just finished giving my F3 it's virgin boot... biggrin.gif

I tried giving it a first boot at 2.5Ghz...Ram set to lowest...DDR2 400... tongue.gif
As i did not really have time to fully tweak the system, i decided to only try to boot all the way to a point where i'm satisfied with with stock vcore...

Here is the result, i'm getting tired, still need to work tomorrow...So for the time being, i'll just leave it here.
For those who are wondering, yes thats a stock AMD cooler (From my 939) and the temps at boot had already reached 47c...(wonder if the readings were accurate or the contact was good, gonna find out that tomorrow)
