Greetings forumers,

I've read the FAQ and I know my post count is still at zero cause I've only been posting in the Consoles Couch (which is the only reason I signed up to begin with..)

My question, though, is this: What is the rationale behind excluding the listed topics (in the FAQ) from post counts?

(I'm just curious, and my zero count doesn't bother me...)

Usually the reason is excessive spamming there, or due to the nature of posts which are more 'chat-like' than discussion-like.

Post count doesn't bother you but you still ask rationale or not?

I didn't demand justification, I asked about the reasoning behind it.
