i've get email and call from one company that offered me Trainee Executive(Analyst) position..so i need ur opinion about this job..here i give u the description about this position....

Candidates will be trained with hands-on SAP training modules to prepare them to work as management trainees or executives in departments that deploy SAP solutions. Certification will be issued by an established SAP Consulting Company from the United States who provides and regulates the examination. Successful candidates will be offered scholarship under PSSI Program (Private Sector Scholarship Initiatives) to further specialize in SAP expertise to become SAP Junior Consultants. Upon completion of the 1 month specialized training, candidates will be sent to work for our SAP user corporate clients who sponsored their training.

is it true if i complete one month training,i'll guarantee get the job?helpp me plss..
