i sent my car for 20k service at PESC glenmarie yesterday.I was charged with RM 232.61,around RM120++ is for the parts charges and RM105 is the labour charges which I think was high,rm105 for labour charges? shakehead.gif

ok that's just the first story, rclxub.gif
When I took my car after the service, I had to ask the for the extra engine oil. So OK,i got my extra engine oil, then I took the key and went to my car, they left my car outside the PESC without locking the car shakehead.gif , to make matters worse they didn't remove the seat cover when they performed their service and no sticker was given to indicate the next service. doh.gif  rclxub.gif

Luckily I removed all my personal stuff from the car,If not maybe they would have taken it too. When I serviced my car at COE,they charged less for labour charges and they even washed my car for free thumbup.gif  but not at glenmarie. doh.gif

I just hope nothing bad will happen to my car and I will never send my car for service at PESC glenmarie again! vmad.gif

That's kind dumb from the SC..not professional for a main SC Glemarie I presume a man branch direct from Proton?

They will actually put a plastic to protect your carpet and paper to protect your seats...and they lock your car. That's my experience from a EON branch SC...remember the branch SC is hell lots more professional than any authorised service dealer or franchise SC. You guys need to differentiate between both kind of SC.
