Long story short, a group of troublesome tenants moved in next to us three years ago (landed). They've been causing a ruckus for most of the time, and this year was particularly bad.

Here's a list...

1. Shouting and fighting amongst themselves almost every night (we can hear bottle/glass smashing; obviously drinking)
2. Having a crowd of people at late night making noises
3. Crashed their car and left the damaged car on the street (almost 6 months now)
4. Blocked our gate with their car
5. One heavily tattooed person being super aggressive, constantly picking fights. (Especially when I told him to park nicely so I can park my car)

Unfortunately, a couple of days ago I had an argument with the tattooed person because he was blocking my gate. I had to dial 999 in front of him because he was gesturing to hit me and threatened to damage my car.
Unfortunately, again, dialling 999 was not easy. The 999 line was immediately cut off after the robot voice? Dialled 999 twice and both times kena cut off.
My phone popped up a GPS location showing my exact house address and all, so maybe they received the call? He eventually moved his car and left after I showed myself calling polis.
I was also expecting a callback from 999, but nothing. Polis also didn't turn up after 10 minutes so I just left.

Should I report polis? Mind you, I was facing 3 of them alone. Also the tattooed guy looks drugged, bloodshot eyes and being super aggressive.
Just worried they might buat more hal jer after i repot polis.. Also takut geng affiliated or wat...

Do covering report of the incident happened.

Is super imprtant. Anything happen to you this report is proof theres motive to the counterparty.

as per max_cavalera posted, make a report - whether or not the pdrm follow up with I/O to pay them a visit is another story but this first report will be a good record FOR YOU in the event the issue escalates (aka, shit starts flying real high)

if you really want to go all out, you need to do some homework - first, cctv footage especially aiming at your front gate to record each and every time they block your gate - but don't ever aim your cctv directly into their house, that will make you at fault for breach of privacy.

since tattoo fella likes physical confrontation - each time they approach, start your phone to video record - that will be your best bet when pdrm ask what/how they threaten you.

it's better to call your nearest Balai Polis landline than going through 999

1st most important step. Buy a tapo cctv with motion detection, few hundreds only but the value is way beyond that especially in ur case. I recommend the dual lens type with smart tracking so u can cover more area. Below rm500 if u include memory card, else just subscribe to the cloud storage.

Next time they park ur house just give a call to polis. Since u got the tapo the camera will give u notification even when u are not at home. Just keep repeating the steps, they parked, u call straight. Those drug addicts problem maker wont sleep well knowing polis will keep coming to their place no matter the time.

This kind of ppl is like cockroach. They will just keep coming back unless u take drastic measures, that's why they always thrive in Malaysia because of our general non confrontational attitude. You need to deal with this aggressive or they will climb all over your head forever. they wont know when to stop unless u put them back in their place HARD.

Call police straight everything documented with video and audio preferably. Install CCTV's for your safety. These fucktards sound like lowlife thugs.

Owner also problematic.. Pinjam Ah Long... Ah Long blocked their house with van and also sometimes block until our side.
But funny enough Ah Long more gentlemen, say sorry and move their van. Eventually owner moved away and rent to this tenant...

Alright, will install CCTV and gather evidence just in case. I will just make a report using the saveme999 app for now.
Currently they're behaving, diam2 keluar masuk rumah so I won't escalate to balai polis yet.

Haih, it wasn't like that when I was growing up. Maybe financial issues / bad economy giving them a hard time. Especially after covid.

Sorry, I wasn't v clear. The homeowner was my neighbour growing up. They moved away post covid and rented out the house.

I would do police report. Install cctv in front of house incase that sohai threatened u again and use the video as evidence to report it is as criminal

Record video of those shouting fighting etc. report police , show them this thread. Tell them you suspect they are doing drugs.

Guarded landed? Can cari guard. Else like above say, report police suspect them doing drugs as mentally not stable
