Avoid discharge the batery untill 0%, untill kong then only charge back, it will increase the batery wear level, kong level...

most litium ion batery is best to recharge again when it's like abt 40%...

and if u wan to leave ur batery for a long time not using it...leave it at around 40%...most manufacture also leave it like that to prolong the batery life....
