I'll be adding a few custom maps over the next few days to make BolehVPN COD4 more interesting. Anyone got any suggestion and link for custom maps, please post it here and we try to bring it up as soon as we have the time to do it.

I'm going to add a couple more COD4 servers and one of them may not have voting at all. This is to gear the server for tournament with sponsors from interested party. Winner may get ori cod4, gaming memory or gfx.

You will get dc even if on hard wired. It depends how good is your connection and server connection to you. If on Wifi, you get more dc if you have other users running download or upload while u playing.

Haven't figure out which one yet. Depends on the sponsors. Will conclude this by next week.

It seems that bolehvpn server is full during night time. there's 30 p;ayers killing and blowing up things at the moment.

Unless you accidentally press F then bye bye, kaboom and then F again to respawn. Find that guy and blow him to bits.
32 players havoc in the server especially shipment, if u can last 10 seconds in there you are the king.

btw, shoot them but don;t go and run towards them if you don't want the martyr to get the points as well.

I'm not sure which hack you are talking about. COD4 hacks are very limited especially multiplayer. Cheats for PC standalone in built-into the console command which is rather useless for multiplayer mode.

Maybe kaiser has to look into this and check on auto aim and other stuff that is available in XBOX and whether its being used in the server.

BolehVPN has added another COD4 server, IP 202.71.106.91, port 28960. Captain Hook version no longer accepted in this server.
BolehVPN COD4 #2 is for ori only.

Did you OC your rig? If you do, then probably the cpu heat and gfx heat kill the system. Other than that, make sure you have most of the patches for your OS, drivers and game.

No difference for me. its probably nothing. Maybe need to warm-up for multiplayer. I'm using ori version but then I guess your probably ori too.

Your delayed reaction is probably due to lag. Unlike in bolehvpn cod4 where you get less than 50ms if you on streamyx or other local ISP, you probably can shoot faster and accurately. Some even got it 8ms, they must be located next to our data center.

We have 2 servers now setup for COD4 and both can take in 32 players and for those running from the CC, you probably cannot connect to internet server because of the jack sparrow version they are using in the cc.

We probably has an over config server running as our game server.

Xeon Quad core with 4GB RAM.

You lucky if you get teleported. Me, all the time die by the time I got back the connection.
Currently set to 250ms which is quite standard.

It depends 'connection problem' means disconnected or no response. Sometimes the lag from streamyx can be quite high if you are running auto update of some OSes or antivirus.

Some could be because of the wireless connectivity or signal not strong enuf. It cannot be the server issues since NOT ALL are having connection problem at the same time.

Run a continuos ping to the server or to streamyx dns and when you get connection problem, check your ping response time at that particular time.

Server full again, 32 hard hitting die and die and live and die. But the other server for ori, lol, empty. So those with ori can jump to the other server.

Added on February 20, 2008, 7:46 amlooks like some users is having lag playing the games last nite. I don;t think its the server cause mine is quite ok but then I'm not using streamyx.

Bolehgame server is now configured to 200ms as maximum ping and also enable anti-lag which will give fairer advantage over those with lag and non-lag users. We see how it goes and tune it accordingly.
