Hi!

I need to send a money to my bro at San Francisco around USD2500-3000 dollar.

So which is the easiest,safest and cheapest way to send?Paypal ok ah? biggrin.gif or Telegraphic Transfer.I hope I dont want Western Union or MoneyGran their service sucks lot!
