Already try reset xbox app, store app, yet it keep on come back every time windows boot

If the file does not takes up a lot of space, just ignore it
Windows + MS Edge + Xbox are tightly coupled software, you can't just remove one of them

Don want non systen drive got several empty folder, have been use 3 year of pc suddenly annoying by this

Disable the Xbox app from loading at startup, toggle off the "Automatically launch app at startup" option within the Xbox app's General settings, or disable it in your Windows Startup Apps or in "services.msc". Then delete those annoying folders and restart your Windows.

Alternatively to disable, simply change those Xbox settings back to the defaults, as shown in the attached photo:
