ya I saw it just now..thought what new implementation. It's good guide for newcomers.
But wouldn't it be wise it this was implemented to newbies which below 500 post count or any suitable amount of post count? This post has been edited by Doomsday: Nov 19 2007, 12:18 AM |

The objective of this mod is to informed the newbies about post count which is a good thing to be implemented. That way, it is very unlikely to be missed.
As for senior with 500+ and above post count, i dont think it is a necessary anymore. These users already know better what the post count are all about. Furthermore, the words are really too long. Could make it short like for example: Curious about post count ? Click Me Deliver the same message, just in shorter phrase. |

I think better stick with the [?] and make the "Have a question about your post count? Click me" into a tool tip.
Just my suggestion |

well well well...
once upon a time the were post count available through out then ppl start abusing it by spamming here and there collectively, the groups of nine draw up an order limitting post count on certain area well what happen next is ppl keep flooding the forum with question on why the post count is not going up so the GoN decided on a small clickable [?] so to those curious n00bs would be informed instead of forum question flooding what happen next? feed backs ranging from "what is the [?] " - fearing to click on it to "can i remove the [?], it s destroying the beauty of the tini-tiny area" - OCD happening here perhaps? or just still asking the same old questions... well the GoM (Groups of Many) reconvene and decided to make clear once and for all to S-P-E-L-L it out to those illogically working brain ppl and the best reply so far? "its ugly whats so good about it? maybe replace with an image or something cute and noticable" well well well..... congratulation to the human race give shin, want thigh... cant you all JUST ****ING LIVE WITH IT!!!! that is why i support natural disaster in an epic scale cause that just show you all that ppl is no more important that the mosquito you just swatted at least by then ppl will care more bout the important stuff than keep minding trivial thins ps: why the pessimistic comments this week? well MyChemicalRomance is COMING!! bleed...bleeeeedddddd.... QUOTE(goldfries @ Nov 19 2007, 03:06 PM) ye la, of course. But you know the community mentality."why does it show like that" I think its best to only apply this to members with 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 stars. Nyeheheh. |

It's hard to please all the people all of the time. For those who I can't please, I suggest that you take it into your own hands and apply some Greasemonkey..
