I have quite a few Makita type 21V batteries that I use for tools that can also power up my 300W inverter, fan and lights that fit the Makita battery footprint.
By far the cheapest solution, and the batteries are replaceable cheaply and still use them with the tools they come with. I have used them for camping and I have enough of them and if used with the inverter (takes 4 batteries) for 3 days use and powering up my small rice cooker (200W) or other small appliances.
If you more atas, then can buy a power station/inverter with Solar input.
Even more atas, install roof top solar, and add battery storage.
This is my inverter that I use with my Makita batteries. You can plug a normal AC stand fan.
But if you use DC 21V fan with the batteries direct without the inverter, then there is less conversion loss to AC.
A single 6ah/hr tool battery can power a fan 6-8 hours depending on fan size and speed.
