Quite a good and enjoyable game!
Just got my Wii this week and this is my second game (completed Smooth Moves oredy, really fun! )
Good thing is you can play No More Heroes without understanding Japanese.
Most of the controls you can figure out yourself.
As Phoenixbyte said, voice and menus are in English so no problems there!
