2014 HP Pavilion 14 with Core i7 4500 + NVIDIA GeForce GT740M.
Now using it as Proxmox 24/7/366. Amputated the battery, touchpad & CDROM already + performed many surgeries to change old HDD to SSD, upgrade 2x 4GB to 2x 8GB ddr3 ram, keyboard replace, cpu fan replace over the years. Had to scrape the CPU fan off some other laptop and modify the housing abit to fit it cause cannot find spare part liao. The keyboard doesn’t sit flush on the body now cause of the new fan. Crazy how it’s still running idk how. |
